FAQ

Stays with our platform can be organized by anyone who actively leads their own community, whether it's a fitness trainer, coach, instructor, teacher, or any other community leader with various focuses. To conclude a Cooperation Agreement and initiate cooperation, it is necessary for your business to be officially registered. Regardless of whether you have a trade license or you are the owner of a company, you will invoice us for the services provided to clients, which we will pay you after the stay.

When organizing a camp, there are no initial costs for the leader - except for voluntary paid promotion on social networks, Google, or in offline space. We provide the group leader with a ticket to the destination in economy class with checked and carry-on baggage, accommodation in the same hotel as offered to clients, meals at least in the form of breakfast (and higher according to the offer), transfer between the airport and the hotel and back at the destination. Other individual expenses incurred by the leader at the destination - optional excursions, other meals, transfers outside the hotel, and others are covered at their own expense.

The amount of the reward depends on the experience and sales ability of each leader. For 7-night stays, it is at least €70 per person including VAT. The minimum number of participants is 10 - i.e. the minimum reward for a weekly stay is €700 including VAT. The leader may agree to travel with a smaller group upon the organizer's proposal, but must expect a proportionately reduced reward. The leader does not receive a reward for non-active persons on the stay - such as children, accompanying persons of active persons, and other persons who may be accommodated with active clients but do not participate in the program.

Default destinations and hotels are places selected and verified by us with suitable dates in terms of price and seasonality. The leader knows his clients best and will also quickly find out where clients would be interested in traveling, approximately when and at what price level. Therefore, it is ideal to conduct a survey directly in your communities, whether orally or in the form of a simple questionnaire, which will more precisely determine what type of destination, hotel, and catering to focus on. In TripFIT, we can organize a weekend in hotel from €229 per person to the Maldives or Mexico with prices of over €3,500 per person. It all depends on the sales skills of the leader and the purchasing power of his community.

The minimum recommended group for a camp trip is 10 people. The maximum group recommended for one leader is 30 people. In the event that the required minimum group for the camp is not reached, but for example, 6 clients have paid, it would be a pity to cancel the camp. Therefore, we always give the trainer/leader alternative options on how to organize the camp. Either they accept a lower reward, a modified form of catering, or we suggest other available solutions. The goal is a satisfied client and trainer/leader.

For any unforeseen circumstances before and during travel, we offer all clients travel insurance, which covers medical expenses abroad. The trainer is not responsible for the clients, and each client participates in the trip and exercises at their own risk. The legal representative or accompanying person on the trip is responsible for children in the group. Of course, the trainer/leader must approach the group with the best conscience and responsibly choose activities that are safe and appropriate for the group.

The camp itself begins with the meeting of participants with the trainer/leader at the airport of departure. It occasionally happens that the trainer waits for clients at the destination, so the first meeting takes place after arrival. A transfer to the hotel is provided at the destination, where clients are accommodated and, according to the predetermined program from the trainer/leader, they begin the program. During the stay, participants can participate in the entire program or selected activities according to their preferences. They can choose from offered optional excursions in advance or on-site, or organize their own. Most groups have a common program twice a day - in the morning and in the afternoon, and during the day, they spend time as they wish. Ideally, the group spends time together outside the official program, for example, with shared excursions, tours, lunches, dinners, or gatherings, as it further strengthens the community's bond.

Combining two tourism services, such as accommodation, transfer - flight ticket, trainer services on the stay, additional excursions, insurance - can only be done by a travel agency with valid insolvency insurance. Anyone who would organize and sell a trip - i.e. a combination of at least two tourism services without authorization to operate a travel agency, violates the law.
